“RFK Jr. Refuses to Say If He Takes ‘Any Responsibility’ for Measles Crisis”
The COVID Amnesia Project (CAP) is the deliberate effort to rewrite the history of the pandemic and erase the most basic facts about it. There are two reasons why I have been writing about it recently. Most obviously, the truth matters. We should accurately remember 2020. That’s why my articles are full of videos. We should also call out revisionist history and people who tried to prevent me from sharing their videos.
However, we also need to recognize this is all an ongoing process. The architects of the CAP are in charge today, and they didn’t suddenly morph into men of honesty and integrity when they assumed office. The MAHA Amnesia Project (MAP) has already begun, and there will be a lot more it going forward. Although MAHA is just a year old, we are already seeing their desperate attempts to rewrite its pathetic history, and if we are not on guard against it, they may succeed. The CAP has been very successful, after all.
Indeed, now that they have power, MAHA disinformation agents are using the same tricks and propaganda techniques that got them there in the first place. For example, during his recent congressional testimony, an unhinged Robert Kennedy Jr. blamed everyone else for his failure to control measles. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Wednesday refused to say whether he takes any responsibility for the surge in measles cases around the country.
Kennedy, who has spent decades spreading disinformation about the safety of vaccines, has been testifying to Congress for the past two days about President Donald Trump’s 2027 budget request. During that time, he repeatedly scoffed at the idea that he deserved any blame for the measles outbreaks that spread on his watch. Instead, he blamed Mennonites, immigrants at the border and other countries for the nationwide crisis.
Kennedy repeatedly testified that because the measles outbreaks started before he took office, he bore no blame for them. No one should remember him promoting the movie Vaxxed 3: Authorized to Kill right before he took office. In his fantasy, he was born fresh in 2025, and his 20-year history of anti-vaccine disinformation was erased the moment he was sworn in.
Notably, Kennedy never highlighted his efforts to vaccinate children during the outbreak. He never made the affirmative case he was doing a good job. He just wanted to make sure no one thought he was at fault for starting the whole thing. He was enraged that anyone expected him to defend his track record at the HHS, and it’s clear that no matter what happens moving forward, Kennedy and MAHA will always find someone else to blame.
“Tell me one piece of misinformation I’ve ever said, one statement, just one.”
Beyond this, Kennedy incredibly said, “I’ve never been anti-vaccine” and indignantly responded to one Senator who pointed out his history of anti-vaxx disinformation by saying:
Tell me one piece of misinformation I’ve ever said, one statement, just one… You’re just making things up, Senator, you are just making things up.
“There are adverse events from the vaccine It does cause deaths every year.”
OK, Bobby, challenge accepted, though finding examples of Kennedy lying about vaccines is as difficult as finding sand at the beach. To pick perhaps the most egregious example, just last year, after Kennedy had been sworn into office and as measles was ramping up, he said:
There are adverse events from the vaccine It does cause deaths every year. It causes — it causes all the illnesses that measles itself causes, encephalitis and blindness, et cetera.
There! I’ve done it. I found one piece of misinformation Kennedy said about vaccines! And remember, this is just one grain of sand.
But notice what’s happening. As with COVID, MAHA provocateurs are lying to our faces about events we all remember and for which there is incontrovertible video evidence. However, while such deceptions are utterly unsurprising from this crew, the bigger problem here is that Kennedy is too addled to grasp a fundamental fact about his current position in life, the one he chose for himself.
He is the medical establishment now, and he’s responsible for everything that’s happening now. He’s not an outsider anymore. It’s not his job to throw red-faced tantrums and litigate who started the recent measles outbreaks, though the person responsible stares at him in the mirror. It’s his job to stop these outbreaks now, and he’s failing. While he’s podcasting, children are suffering and measles is spreading in ICE detention centers. That’s all that matters about Kennedy and MAHA.
Conversely, it’s our job as honest, ethical citizens to get ahead of the MAHA Amnesia Project, to accurately preserve its this history and to hold its leaders accountable for their dishonesty, scientific vandalism, and gross incompetence.
