Many of my prior articles have discussed the EBM gurus, RCT zealots, and the “sensible” doctors whose efforts helped birth MAHA. Several recent events allow us to pause and take stock of exactly what they enabled.

Kennedy’s Chemtrails

While speaking at the Children’s Health Defense conference, the anti-vaccine organization he headed and profited from, Robert Kennedy Jr. warned of chemtrails. “We’re also looking at chemtrails and the impact of emissions from aircraft, and those potential impacts on health,” he said to applause.

Wakefield’s Wins

At the same event, disgraced fraudster Andrew Wakefield was asked what three recommendations he would have for Trump and Kennedy. The only interesting part of his answer was its start. “I think they’ve already covered these issues,” he said.

He’s 100% right. Trump and Kennedy have covered his “issues.” Just like him, they are lying about the MMR, claiming it is “lethal” and that splitting it into separate vaccines will lower the rate of autism. Kennedy, along with Drs. Mehmet Oz, Jay Bhattacharya, and Erica Schwartz, even opened a “vaccine injury clinic” at the NIH this week. Meanwhile, measles is hospitalizing and killing unvaccinated Americans for the first time in decades. Wakefield has every right to take a victory lap.

Paxton’s Prosecutions

Elsewhere, a recent article titled Texas Pediatricians Face Paxton Investigations for Vaccinating Children reported on Ken Paxton the Texas attorney general and Republican Senate candidate. It said:

In December, Dr. Rachel received a letter from the attorney general’s Consumer Protection Division demanding her vaccine purchase records over the past 10 years. “The division believes that you are in possession, custody or control” of material, “involving potential misleading or deceptive acts regarding incentives associated with the administration of childhood vaccines,” it said, adding that such acts could be in violation of the state’s deceptive trade practices law.

The letter also requested her practice’s vaccine policy, and said that it would not be sufficient to cite the childhood vaccine schedule recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Mr. Paxton has also implicated the nation’s largest organization of pediatricians, the American Academy of Pediatrics, in the alleged conspiracy over the workaday task of protecting children from polio, measles, meningitis and more than a dozen other dangerous and sometimes life-threatening diseases.

“I will ensure that Big Pharma and Big Insurance don’t bribe medical providers to pressure parents to jab their kids with vaccines they feel aren’t safe or necessary,” he said when announcing the investigation in January, describing his efforts as working “alongside President Trump” and Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

“Together, we will Make America Healthy Again,” he said, using the rallying cry of a movement that helped elect Mr. Trump and propel Mr. Kennedy into the top health position in the federal government.

Schwartz’s Study

Finally, an article by Katherine Eban titled CDC Is Moving Forward With a Previously Shelved Controversial Hepatitis B Vaccine Study revealed the only thing out MAHA medical establishment learned from the infamous Tuskegee experiment is how to repeat it. She reported:

Two months after the Senate confirmed Dr. Erica Schwartz as the new director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, her office has moved to allocate new funds for a controversial clinical trial of the hepatitis B vaccine in Guinea-Bissau…

The $1.6 million will be slated for a clinical trial in Guinea-Bissau seeking to examine whether the birth dose of the hepatitis B vaccine, used safely for decades, has potential negative health effects such as skin ailments or neurodevelopmental disorders. The study would be led by Christine Stabell Benn and Peter Aaby, married researchers at the University of Southern Denmark long lionized by Secretary Kennedy for their controversial vaccine research. Presently, they are facing accusations of scientific misconduct, unrelated to the hepatitis B trial, that are under review by the Danish Committee on Research Misconduct.

The study, should it proceed, would be a randomized controlled trial in Guinea-Bissau that would give a birth dose of the hepatitis B vaccine to half of the 14,000 newborn participants, but not to the other half, a step the researchers justified as aligning with the standard of care in Guinea-Bissau, where the birth dose of the vaccine is not routinely provided to newborns but will be officially recommended there by 2028.  However, in a nation where one in five adults have hepatitis B, the study design could result in some of the newborn participants being infected but receiving no birth dose of the vaccine, clinical trial and infectious disease experts contend.

“It’s a wholly unethical trial, and it shouldn’t be allowed,” says Dr. Paul Offit, a pediatrician and director of the Vaccine Education Center at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. “It saddens me to think that our country would in any way participate in a trial where half of the children would be receiving substandard care and thousands will be doomed to develop cirrhosis or liver cancer.”

These examples just scratch the surface of MAHA’s incompetence and malevolence. However, they are the end result of the doctors I’ve discussed previously, as well as the academic and media ecosystems that promoted them. They collectively unleashed Kennedy’s chemtrails, Wakefield’s wins, Paxton’s prosecutions, and Schwartz’s study on us all. That’s all that matters about them, no matter their empty demands for “nuance”, “rigor”, and “evidence” moving forward.
