An Impossible, Unethical Study of Dubious Value That’s Not Meant to be Taken Seriously

Justni Bieber with Ramsay Hunt syndrome

Justin Bieber, Ramsay Hunt syndrome, SADS, and how to antivaxxers everything is always about vaccines

I never thought I'd be writing about Justin Bieber, but such are the strange times we live in, given how after Bieber announced that he had developed facial paralysis as a result of Ramsay Hunt syndrome antivaxxers swooped in to blame it on COVID-19 vaccines. MMS is bleach

It rises again! Bleach as an “early treatment” alternative to vaccines and a cure for COVID-19

Dumpster diving in VAERS

Dumpster diving in the VAERS database to find more COVID-19 vaccine-associated myocarditis in children

"Dumpster diving" is a term used to describe studies using data from the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System database by authors, almost always antivaxxers, who don't understand its limitations. Last week, non-antivax doctors who should know better fell into this trap when they promoted their study suggesting that COVID-19 mRNA vaccines are more dangerous to children than the disease.
