A New Study Finds No Benefit from Chiropractic for Infant Colic, but They’ll Keep Doing it Anyway

A new study attempted to answer the question of chiropractic's potential benefit for infant colic. It was successful, but I don't think it turned out the way the authors' hoped. Sadly, I don't think that this will change the mind of any chiropractor who treats babies.

NCCIH Strategic Plan 2021–2025: Meet the new plan, same as the old plan…?

Another In a Pattern of Really Stupid Marketing Videos, This One Claiming Tinnitus Has Nothing to Do with the Ear and Is 100% Curable.

This really stupid video was an insult to my intelligence. Nothing in it can be believed. They claim tinnitus has nothing to do with the ears and they sell a 100% effective dietary supplement mixture supposedly developed by MENSA with government funding. It has never been clinically tested. No, there is no cure for tinnitus.

Legislative Alchemy: State licensing of “the profession of reflexology”

Following the playbook of other practitioners of pseudoscience, reflexologists aim to become state-licensed health care professionals, a status they've already achieved in four states. With bills pending in New York and Nebraska, they move closer to their goal of legitimizing their quackery in all 50 states.
